We target the exercise we need and hold it for five minutes
before applying anti-cellulite cream. A little effort that will make all the
difference.
EXERCISE TO LOSE THE LOVE HANDLES
Inclination arm extended. On your knees, push your buttocks
forward and reach for the sky (1). Tilt the bust on the left side holding the
arms close to the ears (2). Inhale when the bust is vertical, exhale by
tightening the perineum when the bust is leaning to the side. Do 20 slow
repetitions on each side?
EXERCISE TO LOSE WEIGHT THIGHS
Sumo Squat on tiptoe. Legs wider than the width of the
shoulders, climb on tiptoe (1). Bend your knees and lower your buttocks back
but without resting your heels on the ground. When your thighs are almost
parallel to the floor, move your legs up, still on tiptoe (2). 50 repetitions
than 60, and up to 100 as progress progresses.
EXERCISE TO LOSE WEIGHT
Movement of the hammer. A 1.5-kilo dumbbell (or a 1.5-liter
bottle of water) in each hand, lower your shoulders and raise your elbows to
shoulder level (1). Extend the arms (2), which contracts the back, the triceps.
Then come back folded arms to work the biceps. 40 times without stopping making
sure to tighten the abs and grow your back.
EXERCISE TO LOSE WEIGHT BUTTOCKS
Bridge on tiptoe. Lying on the floor, bring the heels closer
to the buttocks. Push on tiptoe to lift the pelvis off the ground (1). Tighten
the buttocks and continue to raise the pelvis to the ceiling (2). 50 times.
EXERCISE TO LOSE WEIGHT HIPS
Circles of a leg. On your knees, place your left hand on the
ground just below the shoulder and raise your right leg (1). Without arching
your back, perform 15 circles of the leg in one direction, 15 circles in the
other (2). Then change your leg.
EXERCISE TO LOSE WEIGHT OF THE BELLY
Oblique seated. Sitting on the ground, without rounding the
back, pedal on the left buttock three times in a row (1), then pass on the
right buttock (2) and pedal three times. 2 times 45 seconds.
