Six Exercises To Lose Weight Before The Summer


We target the exercise we need and hold it for five minutes before applying anti-cellulite cream. A little effort that will make all the difference. 

EXERCISE TO LOSE THE LOVE HANDLES

Inclination arm extended. On your knees, push your buttocks forward and reach for the sky (1). Tilt the bust on the left side holding the arms close to the ears (2). When your thighs are almost parallel to the floor, move your legs up, still on tiptoe (2). 50 repetitions than 60, and up to 100 as progress progresses.



EXERCISE TO LOSE WEIGHT

Movement of the hammer. A 1.5-kilo dumbbell (or a 1.5-liter bottle of water) in each hand, lower your shoulders and raise your elbows to shoulder level (1). EXERCISE TO LOSE WEIGHT OF THE BELLY

Oblique seated. Sitting on the ground, without rounding the back, pedal on the left buttock three times in a row (1), then pass on the right buttock (2) and pedal three times. 2 times 45 seconds.
